Blaine serves as General Counsel to 529easy.com. His experience and knowledge in the areas of Corporate Governance, SEC Compliance, Contract Drafting and Negotiation, as well as General Business Practices, make him a great asset and natural fit to 529easy.com.

Blaine has spent much of his professional career in the financial services industry.  In this industry he has provided legal/compliance expertise in a wide range of areas including but not limited to Compliance Examinations, Regulatory Agency Reporting, Corporate Actions, Compliance Training (including U.S. Office of Foreign Asset Control, Suitability Assessments, and Suspicious Activity Reporting), and writing or revising Firm Policies & Procedures manuals.

Blaine earned B.A. in Liberal Arts from California State University Northridge and his J.D. from Southwestern University of Law.  Blaine is a member in good standing of the California State Bar.
